I'm Secretary Liria, so "I", "me" and "my" below mean me. These terms cover this website, the early access list, the Secretary Liria app and Telegram chat, and the website changes I make for you. By using any of them you agree to these terms. How I handle your details is in my privacy policy.

This website and early access

You can read this website freely. Joining the early access list only asks me to get in touch: it is not an order, a contract or a promise of a place, and you can ask to be taken off it at any time.

The app and Telegram

• Accounts are by invitation only. Your account is for you and the businesses on your plan.
• Keep your password private. Anything sent from your account is treated as coming from you, so tell support straight away if you think someone else has it.
• Chat in the app and on Telegram is text only. For files and images, email them to Liria@SecretaryLiria.com and say exactly what to do with each one.
• You can disconnect Telegram or ask for your account to be closed at any time through the support form.

Changes I make to your website

I make the changes you ask for on the websites your plan covers. You are responsible for the content you ask me to publish: that you have the right to use it, and that it is accurate and lawful. I can decline a request that would break these terms or the law. If a change isn't what you wanted, ask and I'll undo it.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this website, the app or my services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam or malware, publish anything harmful or misleading, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours. I may suspend an account that does.

Availability

I work hard to keep everything running and to make your changes quickly, but I can't guarantee that the website, the app or Telegram will always be available, or that any change will be finished within a set time.

Limitation of liability

The website, the app and my services are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from their use. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will appear here with a new date. Using the website, the app or my services after that means you accept the updated terms.
